Q: If I order custom patio furniture, how long will it take to receive it?

A: Depending on the collection, and the manufacturer, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks to receive your order. Order early to have your outdoor environment completed prior to the Spring & Summer seasons.

Q: What frame colors and fabrics can I choose for my outdoor furniture?

A: We carry a wide range of fabrics and frame finishes from each manufacturer, and in most cases we can arrange to have your furniture manufactured with COM (customer’s own materials). Costs for this service are manufacturer dependent.

Q: If I order patio furniture and then decide I don’t like what I purchased, can I return the product?

A: Unfortunately, custom furniture orders are unique to the client’s tastes; hence, the furniture would be difficult to sell to someone else. Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living will do everything possible to address your concerns, and insure that you are happy with your purchase, but we cannot accept a return for credit.

Q: What type of warranty is offered on patio furniture?

A: Most manufacturers warrant the workmanship and materials to be “free from defects” for 10-15 years. Warranty support is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living will assist you personally in all warranty claims & processing. Check the manufacturer's website for specific coverage on your product.

Q: If I buy a “built-in” barbecue, can Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living build my Barbecue Island or Outdoor Kitchen?

A: While Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living doesn’t manufacture barbecue islands and Outdoor Kitchens, we do help you arrange for a contractor to design and build your outdoor barbecue/kitchen setting. Firenze can also order and deliver prefabricated barbecue islands for you. Custom outdoor kitchens and islands can be designed with porcelain tile, natural stone, faux stone, marble or any heat/flame resistant material of your choosing.

Q: Can I purchase a barbeque with either Natural Gas or Propane?

A: Most of Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living free standing or cart barbeques are ordered for use with a Propane tank but all models can be converted for use with Natural Gas. Built-in barbeques are generally designed to connect to Natural Gas lines. If you decide to use a built-in barbeque with Propane we can arrange that also, but it will require retrofitting the barbeque with the correct components prior to installation. All grills sold by Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor living include local delivery, installation and a final burn-check.

Q: What type of warranty is offered for barbecues?

A: Most manufacturers offer a “Lifetime” warranty on all stainless steel parts, and 5 years on other components, (burners, etc.) and 1 year on the ignition system. Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living will assist the client on any warranty claims or repairs that may be required. Check the manufacturer's website for specific coverage on your product.

Q: Does Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living carry outdoor heaters?

A: We carry a full line of natural gas, portable (LP) and tabletop outdoor heaters in a variety of finishes. Firenze also offers a complete line of Quartz Element Electric Infrared wall or ceiling mounted heaters and will collaborate directly with your contractor to ensure the heaters are both functionally and aesthetically right for your area.

Q: How do I know what size fireplace door I need and do you do the installation?

A: Every fireplace opening is unique so to ensure the proper fit for your custom door we do the measurement for you at no cost. This allows us to determine the proper door style and type for your fireplace; taking into account inside fit vs. overlap fit, masonry vs. zero clearance fireboxes, etc. And yes, Firenze Patio, Fireside & Outdoor Living specializes in the installation of all custom fireplace doors and screens.

Q: What size gas logs will fit in my fireplace and will you install them for me?

A: The simplest way to determine the size of ceramic refractory gas logs needed for your fireplace is to take the measurement across the center of the firebox. With this number and a little additional information we can determine the size that will give you optimum heat and fit. We absolutely offer installation and will insure that your logs are working properly when we’re done.
